The staff there is absolutely top tier! I wish I could recruit them for my family's restaurant. They were super attentive and positive. Our server has a very difficult Karen in the booth next to us complaining about how long her food was under the heater and about how someone got served before her. The staff member handled it with such grace and patience.

My wife heard about Crave Grill recently and since we had an upcoming trip to the area, we knew we wanted to stop in. We arrived about 12:30 PM on Thursday afternoon and found it easily. It is located in a small business strip with ample parking. We stepped inside and saw the sign stating we could seat ourselves, so we picked a booth. The majority of the tables were already taken including the counter seating at the bar. Our server stopped by and greeted us, and told us about their specials and provided menus. She also took our drink orders. When she dropped off our drinks, we asked her some of her favorite items or recommendations. She immediately recommended the mac & cheese, which won second place in the state of Washington. She also recommended their burgers, prime rib, and pulled pork, which she let us know are all smoked on site. She told us we couldn't go wrong with anything on the menu. Sorry we didn't get her name, we were really hungry and had just flown across the country. We decided to order the onion ring appetizer to get started. My wife chose the ham and goat cheese salad, which was featured on their specials menu, but opted for ranch dressing instead of the Dijon mustard. She also decided to order a side of their sweet potato fries. I couldn't resist ordering the mac & cheese with pulled pork since these are two of my favorites, together in one dish. Even though they were moderately busy we couldn't believe how quickly our food arrived. We dug into the onion rings right away and shortly after, our entrees arrived and looked great. My wife really enjoyed her salad, and she said the sweet potato fries were also delicious. I also really enjoyed the mac & cheese with the pulled pork and onion strings, and the portion size was large. Since it was our first real meal of the day, it hit the spot and was just what we needed! Definitely a five star experience until my wife needed to use the restroom before we left. She chose one of the two unisex restrooms and said while it had all of the necessary supplies stocked it was in desperate need of a floor to ceiling deep clean. She did not peek in the second unisex restroom to confirm if it was equally as bad, but, we can only assume it was. Our recommendation to management, focus on a good deep clean of the restroom. When an area is in need of cleaning it always makes us concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and overall business. Therefore, we are giving this a four star review. Crave 100% has the food down and the service was good. If they can do a deep clean and bring it to the same standard as their food, this is a clear five star restaurant which we would highly recommend to others.

I have eaten here several times. The servers are always pleasant and efficient. But most importantly, I have never been disappointed in my meal. Great food and menu choices.

Believe the reviews. 5 stars all the way. My burger was so good that I'll bring family and friends here every chance I get. Jen was our server tonight and was training. She was so gracious and gave us lots of information. I can't believe how fast the service was. That made me doubt how good my burger would be but honestly, it was probably in the top 3 of all burgers I've had. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Great place to eat after playing pickleball for a few hours. I was really looking forward to having the turtle cheesecake. It's in a bag on the back seat right now. I'll definitely enjoy it tomorrow! Like I said, the reviews are spot on. Try this restaurant. It will end up being one of your favorites, too.

My mom and I had the most AMAZING breakfast at Crave Grill. She'd been telling me about it for a while, so we decided to have a girls brunch! We went basic, she had the Crave Classic and I went for The Hangover, both with French Toast. It was incredible. Best tasting breakfast I've had out in a long time. Sammie, our server, was super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. It was the perfect day to eat outside. Hubby and I have been looking for new places to try on date nights, and I think we found one to put in our regular rotation.

Such a cute place, in town for my son's graduation and we stopped here. The zombie sauce is so good, it's their in-house spicy hot sauce with fresh blended pickled chiles. Great service and a small town feel, our waitress was so nice and the food came out fast. Nice to see this cute place of business.

We got the traditional burger and the Cuban sandwich to-go. We tried the regular fries, the sweet potato fries and the tater tots as sides. I liked how they were all nicely seasoned and crispy. At first glance, I actually thought the portion was a bit small, but once I started eating I realized how filling it was. The Cuban sandwich I had was filled with meat and with the fries, turned out to be just the right portion size.

Gluten free review: We were taken to this wonderful place.. if you are gluten free go try this place and let me tell you why. I shared a pastrami burger with a gluten free bun and sweet potato fries. It was a 5 out of 5. I love the feel inside. Very high energy. This is one of the best services I have ever experienced. The gentlemen helping us was knowledgeable, friendly, happy, and personable. I am actually very impressed. If you're around the area give it a try. If not go find it and give it a try! I wish I could give this place 6 stars. very impressed. We'll be back.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience!!! Derrack our waiter did an amazing job. The place was very busy and he did an incredible job attending to all the customers. We got a couple boneyard beers and burgers. She got the traditional burger and I got the zombie burger. My burger was delicious and she really liked hers. My zombie burger was so big I could not bite into it. I had to take patty off and eat it. I ate half of it and was full. The spicy sauce they put on the burger makes your lips tingle. The turtle cheesecake is to die for. It was so good with caramel, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by such good burgers and service. I got to get in there more often.
